KidsCo has said that it hopes to launch in the UK in the first half of next year.

KidsCo has said in the past that they want a channel in the UK but have never given any specifics about a launch date until now with channel bossesindicating that they are looking at a free-to-air launch in the UK.

KidsCo is said to be in "active talks" with a number of platforms.

KidsCo operates in more than 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia and it is continuing to expand across the globe. It recently launched French and English channels in Belgium with plans to launch in Holland next year. The channel will also launch in Indonesia next month.
