The Guardian is reporting that ITV is looking to restore News At Ten. The papaer also reports that Sir Trevor McDonald has been persuaded to host the bulletin alongside Sky News presenter Julie Etchingham. The move would see the programme broadcast on four night each week and is understood to have been wanted by ITV Chairman Michael Grade. Mr Grade had said moving News At Ten had been "a shocking mistake ... it damaged ITV more than anything". Sir Trevor retired from the programme at the end of 2005.
