Mark Chapman is to present the Monday night edition of 5 Live Sport.

He will take over the slot at the beginning of next month.

Mark's current main job is as a sports presenter and reporter for Radio 1, a job he has been doing for the past decade. He also deputises for Gabby Logan as presenter of BBC1's Final Score and has presented editions of 6-0-6 for 5 Live.

Radio 5 Live Controller Adrian Van Klaveren said: "Mark's already well-known on 5 Live through the times he's presented 606 and 5 Live Sport. He'll be a great addition to the 5 Live Sport line-up."
