Freesat is to launch its tenth news and information channel on its platform tomorrow. This will happen when Japanese channel NHK World TV launches on Freesat. It will be available in EPG slot 209.

Emma Scott, Freesat's managing director, said "Freesat is committed to expanding our international news and current affairs offering and NHK World TV represents yet another high quality channel, which provides viewers with access to a high quality news service from an interesting new viewpoint."
