BT Vision adds nearly 100,000 customers PDF Print E-mail

BT Vision acquired 94,000 customers in the first quarter of 2008. This gives the IPTV service around 214,000 subscribers according to the company's latest figures.

BT said that 68% of its customers took a subscription service and that users downloaded an average of 29 programmes per month.

BT also said that it had gained around 150,000 new broadband customers giving BT Retail 4.4 million users. It also said that 499,000 more accounts were using BT lines to access the internet than were three months ago.
