BBC on-demand programming is no longer free for BT Vision customers. The BBC catch-up service has been moved to the TV Replay pack, joining the Channel 4 on demand content. This pack costs £3 per month.

"Although customers have been able to view them for free so far, due to technical issues, BT Vision has never highlighted this benefit in its marketing materials," BT said.

"Customers are, of course, able to watch BBC shows for free on their laptop or PC in lesser quality on the BBC iPlayer, in the usual way."
